The Virginia Tech Museum of Natural History SOS Program, coordinated by Llyn Sharp, works on cleaning up the Giles County New River.
Students in the AWRA VT Chapter, who are also part of the VTMNH's SOS Program clean up the New River from the Giles County line at McCoy Falls downstream toward Godwin's Ferry.
